What data we process

When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and the site language. In addition, if you give your consent, we collect browsing data through cookies and analytics tools.

Purpose

To let you know when the free trial is available and to send you the information about Ombaia you requested. Browsing data is used to understand and improve the use of the site.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose lasts (until launch and while you wish to receive information) or until you ask to be removed.

Recipients and international transfers

To run the service we use providers acting as processors: web hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase) and analytics (Google). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply (such as standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ombaia.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
